數位產業署沙崙資安服務基地（ ACW SOUTH ）是臺灣首座集展示、演訓、實證功能合一的資安實戰基地，旨在協助產業提升資安防護能量，推動臺灣資安產業與產業資安的跨域合作和共創共榮。沙崙基地座落於臺南沙崙智慧綠能科學城內，鄰近臺南高鐵站，提供產業服務如下：

1. 資安應用展示與產品驗測：推動 5 大主題（ 關鍵基礎設施、智慧製造、智慧綠能、半導體與物聯網設備 ）領域資安展示，並透過建立攻防演練劇本，協助業者辦理資安產品實測。
2. 資安人才培育與挖掘新秀：辦理講座、研討會、人才培訓課程及新秀大賽等各類型人培活動，提升資安人才知能與挖掘潛力新秀。
3. 產業媒合交流與諮詢顧問：辦理媒合交流活動鏈結資安產業與產業資安合作共創；提供產業資安諮詢顧問，強化產業資安防護能量。

The Shalun Cybersecurity Service Base of the Administration for Digital Industries ( ACW SOUTH ) is Taiwan’s first integrated infosec hub integrating demonstration, training, and hands-on exercisec. It aims to enhance the cybersecurity capabilities of industries and promote cross-domain collaboration and co-prosperity between Taiwan’s cybersecurity sector and various industries. ACW SOUTH, located in the Shalun Smart Green Energy Science City in Tainan near the Tainan High-Speed Rail Station, offers the following services.

1. Cybersecurity Application Demonstration and Product Testing : Promotes cybersecurity showcases across five major themes—critical infrastructure, smart manufacturing, smart green energy, semiconductors, and IoT devices—and supports enterprises by developing attack-defense exercise scenarios to facilitate real-world product testing.
2. Talent Cultivation and Emerging Talent Discovery : Organizes a variety of human resource development activities, including lectures, seminars, training courses, and competitions, to enhance the cybersecurity knowledge and skills of professionals while also identifying and nurturing promising students and young talents in the cybersecurity field.
3. Industry Matchmaking, Networking, and Consulting : Hosts matchmaking and networking events to foster collaboration between cybersecurity providers and industrial users, while offering consulting services to strengthen overall cybersecurity protection capabilities within industries.
