PMI Taiwan 成立於 1999 年，為 PMI 在台灣唯一授權成立的官方分會組織。除致力推展專案管理知識與價值，並提案與起草 CNS 21500 系列專案管理國家標準，辧理專案管理獎項，建立專案管理專業人士學習與國際交流之平台。在台灣的發展營運至今已有 24 年，希望邀請有志於專案管理職涯發展的專業經理人與我們一起在專案管理領域成長，共創未來。

    PMI Taiwan 主要服務項目如下：

• 每年至少 20 則世界最前緣的專案管理趨勢影音或國際知識文章。
• 每年至少 12 堂國內標竿實務講座。
• 每年 12 堂國內傑出專案知識、工具、趨勢分享講座。
• 國際專案管理專書 / 數位內容出版。
• 每年舉辦國內最具權威的專案管理大獎(PTGA, PMI Taiwan Grand Award)，表彰標竿組織、標竿專案與傑出專案領袖，至今已 17 屆。
• 每年舉辦台灣最具代表性的專案管理國際論壇(PTIC, PMI Taiwan International Congress)，至今已17屆。
• 持續推動台灣專案管理國家標準以提升國內專案管理環境。
• 辦理線上 / 線下之國際社群交流。
• 辦理亞洲、北美國際論壇暨觀摩參訪團。
• 發起 Changemakers 影響力時間倡議，引領專案社群共創投入 SDGs 公益創新影響力事務。​

PMI Taiwan was established in 1999 and is the only officially authorized chapter organization of PMI in Taiwan. In addition to promoting project management knowledge and values, it has proposed and drafted the CNS21500 series of national project management standards, organized project management awards, and established a platform for project management professionals to learn and engage in international exchanges. With 24 years of development and operation in Taiwan, PMI Taiwan hopes to invite professionals who are passionate about a career in project management to grow together with us in this field and create a brighter future.

PMI Taiwan's main services include the following:

• At least 20 cutting-edge project management trend videos or international knowledge articles per year.
• At least 12 domestic benchmark practice lectures per year.
• 12 outstanding domestic project knowledge, tool, and trend sharing lectures per year.
• International project management book/digital content publishing.
• Hosting the most authoritative PMI Taiwan Grand Award (PTGA) in the country annually, recognizing benchmark organizations, distinguished projects, and project leaders, with 17 editions held to date.
• Hosting the most representative PMI Taiwan International Congress (PTIC) in Taiwan annually, with 17 editions held to date.
• Continuously promoting Taiwan's project management national standards to improve the domestic project management environment.
• Organizing online/offline international community exchanges.
• Organizing Asian and North American international forums and study visits.
• Initiating the Changemakers Influence Time initiative, leading the project community to create impactful contributions to SDGs public welfare innovations.

林欣怡 Shinyi Carol Lin, PMI-PMP

• 國立臺中教育大學特聘教授兼管理學院  — 院長
• 台灣上市櫃公司協會中台灣女力論壇聯合會  — 會長

現任 PMI Taiwan理事長，亦為分會成立以來首位女性理事長，於 2024 年榮獲「全球十大頂尖敏捷 CEO」殊榮。除專案管理外，長期關注隱私治理、資安合規與永續策略，善於結合治理架構與敏捷實踐，協助企業提升數位韌性。

同時為國立臺中教育大學特聘教授暨管理學院院長，專長橫跨專案管理、影響力評估與管理、數位治理與組織敏捷，致力於學術與產業間的跨域連結。

擁有多項專業證照，包括 PMI - PMP、ScrumMaster、SVI - SROI 以及 ISO / IEC 27701 隱私資訊管理主導稽核員等，具備跨界整合與實務應用的實務經驗。

在專案與政策影響力方面，現任經濟部標準檢驗局品質管制國家標準技術委員、國家教育研究院國際評比專家委員，同時執行多項大型委託專案，持續推進循證管理、多領域治理架構、以及專案成功指標之研究與實踐。
