DevSecOps Taiwan 是成立於 2023 年 4 月的專業技術線上學習社群，致力於推廣 DevSecOps 與 SSDLC 的文化與實務，強調將安全（ Security ）融入開發（ Development ）與營運（ Operations ），以及軟體開發生命週期（ SDLC ）的各個階段，強化組織與人員「安全左移（ Shift Left Security ）」的思維。
社群成立僅兩年，已吸引超過 2,100 名社員，累計舉辦超過 50 場線上分享活動，總參與人數突破 4,500 人，堪稱目前台灣規模最大的 DevSecOps 社群之一。

DevSecOps Taiwan 的分享主題與交流方向涵蓋以下五大主題領域：
1. Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid
2. DevSecOps ( DevOps + Security )
3. AI + Security
4. Cybersecurity
5. Cloud ( AWS / Azure / GCP / SaaS )

社群邀請的講者均為業界知名專家，涵蓋開發、資安、雲端與高階管理等領域，
具備豐富實務經驗，分享內容貼近實務、可立即應用，深受與會者好評。

此外，DevSecOps Taiwan 亦長期與千人社群 Agile HR 策略聯盟合作，聯手舉辦職涯相關分享活動，協助技術背景的夥伴在強化資安能力的同時，拓展職涯視野、學習組織管理思維，從純技術人蛻變為具備溝通與領導力的跨領域人才。

DevSecOps Taiwan is a professional online technical learning community founded in April 2023. The community is dedicated to promoting the culture and practices of DevSecOps and SSDLC, with a focus on integrating security into development and operations, as well as across all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). It emphasizes the mindset of  "Shift Left Security" to strengthen both organizational and individual security awareness. In just two years, the community has attracted over 2,100 members, hosted more than 50 online sharing sessions, and reached a cumulative attendance of over 4,500 participants—making it one of the largest DevSecOps communities in Taiwan.

DevSecOps Taiwan's topics and areas of engagement cover five key domains:

The community regularly invites renowned experts from across industries—including software development, cybersecurity, cloud, and executive management—to share real-world insights and experiences. Their sessions are highly practical and immediately applicable, consistently receiving positive feedback from attendees.

In addition, DevSecOps Taiwan has established a long-term collaboration with the Agile HR Strategy Alliance, a community of over a thousand members. Together, they host career-focused events to help technical professionals not only strengthen their cybersecurity capabilities but also broaden their career perspectives and develop organizational leadership skills—transforming from technical implementers into cross-functional talents with strong communication and leadership abilities.

林家瑋 Ray Lin

DevSecOps Taiwan - 社長

Ray 從事軟體產業近二十年，擅長從 0 到 1 組建團隊與開發新產品，主要專長為資訊安全與稽核、DevSecOps、AI、AWS 雲端架構設計、BA 與 SA、軟體專案管理與 SaaS 敏捷產品開發等。
Ray 曾獲得台灣發明家創意獎、EC-Council Cybersecurity Career Mentor，經歷過美商、日商、台商、新創、上市櫃、跨國集團等不同型態的公司並擔任跨領域高階主管，授課單位超過百間。
​除了持有資安、雲端、AI、專案管理、敏捷等超過 50 張國際專家證照之外，目前也是全球首批GCR首位AWS Security Hero、DevSecOps Taiwan 社長、PMI Taiwan 獎項辦公室執行長，負責舉辦媒體譽為華人專案管理界奧斯卡獎的專案管理大獎 ( PTGA )，至今亦翻譯出版7本知名敏捷書籍。

鄭惠如 RuRu Cheng

鄭惠如現任 PMI Taiwan 獎項辦公室副執行長，2024 年獲選為 AWS Security Community Builder。
曾任上市櫃半導體產業人資暨財務主管、日商與新創公司產品經理，具備跨產業與國際經驗。榮獲 2022 年 PMI Taiwan Chapter 專案管理大獎（PTGA）— 傑出專案領袖獎，展現卓越的跨領域整合與專案管理實力。
在 HR 領域，擅長從零開始帶領團隊重建，靈活運用線上線下混合工作模式，協助新進員工快速融入企業文化、建立認同感與投入感，並透過流程優化與團隊共識活動，強化整體組織的向心力與責任感。同時擔任台灣敏捷部落 Agile HR 社長、PMI Taiwan Chapter 常務理事、ISC2 Taipei Chapter 監事及 DevSecOps Taiwan 執行顧問，積極推動資安、雲端與專案管理的融合與應用，並協助企業與人才在變動快速的時代中發揮跨域競爭優勢。
