台灣敏捷部落 ( Taiwan Agile Tribe, TAT ) 是在2019年6月成立的敏捷線上社群，部落的英文是「Tribe」，指的是很多小部落群聚形成一個大部落。以線上分享為主，每月邀請優秀、重量級講員，舉辦大群演講。敏捷部落為共創更有價值的雙向討論，以社群成員挑選常見敏捷主題，推行主題社群機制，讓擁有共同興趣者組成不同主題小社群，並由自願的領域專家擔任主題社群社長，一個個小部落就此誕生，形成自組織的社群。

​站在敏捷品牌的觀點，敏捷部落有 Scrum，還有 Kanban 等小社群；若從敏捷角色出發，有 PO、SM；若對敏捷教練軟技能有興趣，適合加入敏捷+教練共學、溝通、Triple A 教練咖啡館；如想學習敏捷手法，加入 SM 敏捷教練及 Coaching 小社群都能大有所獲。除此之外，還有各種多元化的主題群，如 ChatGPT 應用、HR 人資、職場圖解力、ESG 永續和 DevSecOps、Notion 學習系統等，使台灣敏捷部落充滿活力，平均一年可舉辦180 場的免費活動，只為了讓社員共學成長，提升敏捷實踐力。

Taiwan Agile Tribe (TAT) is an online agile community established in June 2019. The word “Tribe” refers to a large tribe formed by many smaller tribes coming together. Centered around online sharing, the Tribe hosts monthly large-scale events featuring outstanding and influential speakers.
 
To foster more valuable and interactive discussions, Taiwan Agile Tribe encourages members to co-create themed sub-communities based on common agile topics. These sub-communities are led by volunteer domain experts who serve as community leads. Through this theme-based mechanism, small interest groups—or “tribes”—are formed, creating a self-organizing network of agile learners and practitioners.
 
From a framework perspective, TAT includes sub-communities focused on Scrum, Kanban, and other agile methodologies. From a role-based viewpoint, there are communities for Product Owners (PO) and Scrum Masters (SM). For those interested in the soft skills of agile coaching, communities such as Agile+Coaching, Communication Skills, and the Triple A Coaching Café are great fits. To dive into agile practices, groups like SM Agile Coaching and Coaching Skills provide valuable learning opportunities.
 
Beyond these, TAT offers diverse thematic groups including ChatGPT Applications, HR & Talent Development, Visual Thinking for the Workplace, ESG & Sustainability, DevSecOps, and Notion-based Learning Systems. With such variety, Taiwan Agile Tribe remains a vibrant and energetic community, organizing over 180 free events annually, all dedicated to shared learning, growth, and enhancing agile capabilities.

台灣敏捷部落背後一雙推動的手就是 Roger 老師，Roger 老師在社群擔任的角色是「 敏捷教練 ( Scrum Master ) 」。
​敏捷教練雖然不像社長擁有社群的正式指揮權，但激發團隊潛能，引導產出最佳成果的工作職責，帶來的滿足感是無法言喻的，這正是「僕人式領導」的迷人之處。
