The Centre for Strategic Cyberspace + International Studies is a bipartisan, multilateral, international organization. It seeks to advance global cyberspace security and prosperity by providing strategic insights for cyberspace and policy solutions to decision makers. The Centre contributes to and facilitates discourse on cybersecurity, cyberspace, and policy between government, industry, academia, and the civil society. About TWDDC:
TWDDC ( Taiwan Digital Defense Consortium ) is a cross-disciplinary platform that brings together more than nine domestic and international cybersecurity associations from different fields and at least 100 cybersecurity companies.
Many members are leading companies that have successfully developed cybersecurity startups, and large international cybersecurity companies are also part of TWDDC.
TWDDC emphasizes cybersecurity diplomacy and internationalization, assisting Taiwanese cybersecurity businesses in organizing delegations to promote their services overseas annually.
TWDDC supports the cultivation of cybersecurity talent, starting with initiatives like cybersecurity community activities in universities. Over the past decade, it has supported more than 100 cybersecurity community and exchange events.
TWDDC hosts major international cybersecurity conferences, such as InfoSec Taiwan, co-organized by one of its members, the Taiwan Digital Security Alliance, in collaboration with international organizations like the Cloud Security Alliance, The Honeynet Project, and OWASP’s Taiwan chapters.
TWDDC also possesses the capability to host international large-scale simulated cybersecurity attack-defense competitions, such as the DEFENSE competition.

Promote the use of cybersecurity support to assist allied nations in strengthening diplomatic relations.
Serve as a bridge for communication between the government and industries, facilitating resource integration, industry collaboration, and international exchange, while assisting the public sector in implementing cybersecurity industry development strategies.
