HOYA BIT 為台灣合法設立的加密貨幣交易所，由全球首位女性創辦人彭云嫻領軍，自 2022 年成立以來，致力於打造安全、合規、直覺的資產進場環境。我們相信「制度信任比品牌信任更重要」，從設立初期即完成金管會洗錢防制聲明，並與銀行、會計師、資安機構建立三方風險防線。

在資安實踐上，HOYA BIT 為目前台灣少數擁有 自主研發防詐系統並取得國家專利 的業者。系統核心為「 用戶交易特徵分析及預警方法 」，可根據年齡、金流、IP、交易頻率等多項參數動態評分，於資金進出前即啟動 AI 偵測與手動審查。系統整合 NLP 負面新聞、法院資料庫、國際制裁名單及 Dow Jones 名單等外部風險因子，成功攔阻超過新台幣 3,000 萬元可疑資金流出，協助數十位民眾避免假投資詐騙。

HOYA BIT 同時串接全球監控系統 Elliptic KYT + Lens 模組，實現「交易幣流 + 錢包風險」雙層防禦。交易前即篩查來源、提幣前即偵測流向，並自建視覺化幣流圖與風險等級分層標示，可針對高風險地址即時阻斷與追溯。此外，我們也建立電話勸導與報案轉介機制，擔任民眾與政府之間的資安橋樑。

HOYA BIT 現任 VASP 公會常務監事，並長期與金管會、警專、中正大學數位鑑識中心等單位合作，推動虛擬資產監管與防詐共識。未來，我們將持續深化風控技術與跨機構聯防能力，打造台灣最值得信賴的加密資安品牌。

HOYA BIT｜A Security-Driven Crypto Exchange Built on Institutional Trust

HOYA BIT is a legally established cryptocurrency exchange based in Taiwan, founded in 2022 by Ms. Zoe Peng, the world’s first female crypto exchange founder. Since inception, the company has been committed to building a secure, compliant, and intuitive entry point for digital asset investment. We believe that institutional trust is more critical than brand trust. From the beginning, HOYA BIT obtained Taiwan’s official anti-money laundering (AML) compliance declaration and built a triple-layered risk defense framework in collaboration with banks, certified accountants, and cybersecurity partners.

HOYA BIT is among the few exchanges in Taiwan to independently develop and patent its own fraud prevention system. The core of this system is a “User Behavior-Based Risk Alert Mechanism,” which evaluates users dynamically based on parameters such as age, transaction patterns, IP activity, and frequency. Before any deposit or withdrawal is processed, the system activates AI-based risk detection and manual review. External intelligence sources—including NLP-driven negative news scanning, court record databases, international sanction lists, and Dow Jones watchlists—are also integrated. To date, the system has successfully blocked over 30 million TWD in suspicious outflows, helping dozens of users avoid fraudulent investment schemes.

HOYA BIT also integrates Elliptic’s KYT and Lens modules, enabling dual-layer protection through transaction flow tracking and wallet risk scoring. The platform screens funding sources before transactions and evaluates destination wallets before withdrawals. Risk levels are visualized through customized flowcharts, and high-risk addresses can be instantly blocked and traced. Additionally, HOYA BIT has established a user outreach protocol, including phone-based fraud counseling and law enforcement referrals, serving as a security bridge between the public and government agencies.

Currently, HOYA BIT serves as an executive director of Taiwan’s VASP Association and collaborates closely with the Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC), the Central Police University, and National Chung Cheng University’s Digital Forensics Center. The company continues to promote industry-wide consensus on crypto regulation and fraud prevention. Looking ahead, HOYA BIT is committed to advancing its risk control technologies and inter-agency cooperation to become Taiwan’s most trusted cybersecurity-driven crypto brand.
